Sue Gunn is a ceramic artist who hand-crafts sculptural and decorative candle holders of all shapes and sizes. Working mainly with porcelain and terracotta, she focuses on tactile surfaces and richly textured glazes inspired by the natural world.
She has an HND in Ceramics from Morley College London and is currently studying for her BA in Ceramics. Sue is a Selected Member of the Craft Potters Association, her work has been shown at Ceramic Art London as well as notable galleries across the UK, including House of Pots, Thrown Contemporary, and Cambridge Ceramic Art. She is also featured in the Crafts Council Directory and the Homo Faber Guide.
She creates her unique pieces in her garden studio in South West London, where she enjoys the thoughtful pace of hand-building and the simple pleasure of working with clay.
